Since November 2020, Francesco leads the newly created Group Public Policy Center for Ferrero, the Italian family-owned company, producer of many brand icons including Nu-tella, Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac and Kinder. His focus is promot-ing the company external engagement strategy. Francesco worked previously for the Mondelez International in Brussels, where he was responsible for Global Public Affairs and in the company’s European HQ in Zurich and global HQ in Chicago where he was respectively responsible for the European business’s sustainability journey, and the coordination of the relationships with NGOs and external partners to support the company sustainability strategy.
