Chris is CEO and co-founder of Harvest London, a vertical farming company based in East London, growing fresh produce for the food service industry, with much lower water use, land use, food miles, and no chemical pesticides. The company is building the UK's largest vertical farm in South London, which will push new boundaries with the technology. Before founding Harvest London in 2017, Chris worked as a management consultant on large technology-led transformation projects for companies across the US, Europe and Asia.
