At Tony’s, she’s responsible for leading and developing high impact programming and data-driven innovation, while guarding the 5 flagship principles of Tony’s Open Chain: 100% traceable beans, strong farmers, long-term partnerships, productivity + paying a higher price. She believes no innovation is too big (or small) to break down barrier after barrier and bring about real and lasting change for farming communities in Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire.
