Born in Cologne, Caroline arrived in London to study at Central Saint Martin’s in London. After a decade in Advertising as a copywriter for Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis she returned to academia at SOAS where she earned a master’s degree in Food Anthropology. Caroline has been curating immersive experiences and events in galleries, museums and public spaces worldwide. She has published and co-authored research and academic papers on experiential perception and conducted anthropological research into habits and rituals of food consumption and consulted strategically on the packaging for a wide range of food brands. As a Creative Director Caroline has overseen projects for Pinterest Predicts, Meta, Disney and Instagram and created the Magnum pleasure Sensorium (which was voted by Campaign as the best experiential activation 2022). Caroline is a fellow of the Royal Anthropological Society and a Meta Certified Creative Strategy Professional and sits at the board of Sustainability LIVE.
