Chen, originally from Israel, lives on a kibbutz and is in involved the management of the kibbutz businesses. Previously, Chen worked in several positions as product manager, supply chain manager and technical manager at one of the leading service companies for the food industry in Israel. He has a BA in Political Science from Bar Ilan University.
