Paul has over 40 years experience in the food & beverage industry, after starting in Ice Cream & Dairy science with Unilever R&D, from 2003 he led Nutraceuticals Ltd., an NPD functional food NPD consultancy, on omega-3 and mineral fortification. From 2007 he joined AVEBE-Solanic (Netherlands) developing markets for highly functional potato protein, and assisting customer innovation internationally across sectors: Nutrition, Bakery, Dressings, Alt Dairy and Alt Meat products. During this time he helped Quorn finally go vegan - for a 2011 USA product launch. Since 2015 Paul had led his speciality consultancy :- i) On a mixture of client Plant Based NPD projects and ii) Working between investors and technology providers to bring the next generation of highly functional plant proteins.
