Graduated in 1989 with a bio-engineer master’s degree. His entire career, Olivier has worked for ingredients-producing companies in R&D or in technical/commercial positions. For 15 years, he has focused on proteins, which has allowed him to develop a high level of experience in this field and the applications of proteins in the meat, savoury, and meat substitutes sectors. Oliver joined BENEO in 2014 and has been involved in BENEO’s wheat texture proteins project from its beginnings.
