Nici Bush is the Vice President for Innovation, Science and Technology at Mars. She has oversight of Research and Development (R&D), including Science and Technology, R&D Innovation, Quality and Food Safety, Scientific and Regulatory Affairs, the Mars Global Food Safety Center and the Mars Advanced Research Institute. She is a member of the global Mars Leadership Team and reports to the CEO. Nici has a master’s degree in natural sciences (chemistry) from the University of Cambridge in England.
