Hadar combines extensive expertise in startup investments, venture capital, incubation, innovation, and global business development across international sectors, with a focus on Climate, Sustainable Agriculture, and Foodtech. She founded the ICL PLANET Startup Hub, serving as the conduit for innovative companies in Crop nutrition, Foodtech and climate, accelerating their global presence. In her previous role, Hadar fostered meaningful partnerships, collaborations, and investments, implementing innovation practices across all ICL domains. Prior to ICL, she served as Managing Partner at Aquagro Fund, a dedicated impact investment management firm. Her responsibilities included implementing impact investment strategies for the Aquagro Group, focusing on game-changing technology companies in smart agriculture, food, and water. Throughout her career, Hadar showcased her innovation prowess by leading innovation scouting for the Global Unilever Open Innovation Hub and serving as Global Segment Manager and Corporate Open Innovation Leader at Frutarom, a global leader in flavours and fine ingredients for the foodtech industry. Hadar holds an MBA in Business and an MSc in Molecular Microbiology & Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University.
