Adi and Adi are entrepreneurs by birth, long before they thought that ventures could make money. Together they established vegetable gardens, built a winery on the roof in the middle of Tel Aviv and practiced making jams from fruits they picked in the Israeli nature. It was only natural that after becoming a vegan family together they would focus on plant-based culinary entrepreneurship. This is how their first business was created - a company for the production and marketing of cheese substitutes. The professional and business experience they gained in this business formed the basis for the establishment of FABUMIN.
