Growing up in an agricultural trading environment Erik has a huge passion for food ingredients and their relevant supply chains. After achieving his Bachelors Degree in Marketing in Rotterdam he built his career at leading food companies such as ACOMO and Cargill. Much of his work was devoted to commercial growth and development by continuously exploring and adding new forms of value to supply chains. As he learnt about agriculture his passion for sustainability grew. Now at Bunge, his goal is building a leading organic fats & oils business making organic available for the wider global industry.
