Raffael is the founder and CEO of LegenDairy Foods. He has been working in venture development at different fast-growth, VC-backed startups in the food and fashion industry.
Previously, he was part of Atlantic Food Labs, a Berlin-based VC and company builder focused on food, health, and sustainability. He studied Strategy and International Management at the University of St.Gallen in Switzerland.
Raffael will be part of the panel discussion on "Fermenting a sustainable future for food" on Day 4.
