Nicolas Morin-Forest is GOURMEY's Chief Executive Officer and co-founder, a pioneering cultivated meat company based in Paris, France, creating sustainable meat delights from state-of-the-art cell cultivation techniques combined with culinary arts. Nicolas has a background at the crossroads of consumer-packaged goods companies (L'Oréal) and the non-profit sector where he was involved in several development aid missions, particularly in Latin America around the promotion of sustainable agricultural practices. Nicolas is a Science Po Paris graduate.

Nicolas will be part of the panel discussion on "Bringing lab meat to market" on Day 4.
