Tom is the co-founder of Wunder Workshop, who create purposeful plant products for the people and planet. His interest in plant-based remedies arose during his years studying pharmacology at the University of Manchester, where he came across a significant body of research supporting turmeric and curcumin. Seeing the role that plants have in the medical world he was convinced that a preventative approach to our health was a better way to approach our wellbeing. Using the experience gained in the pharmacological world and a deepening understanding of traditional plant-based remedies, he helps to research ingredients that are functional and effective. Tom is also a passionate plant-based cook and author of Super Root Spices, sourdough baking enthusiast and cyclist.
