Paul has spent his career within the food industry, first as a chef, and then working in New Product Development for the last 20 years. With experience across multiple categories including bakery, confectionary, beverages and ice cream, his passion is food and providing the solutions to the issues presented in NPD and EPD. “Our role is the catalyst of change within the industry.
