The Good Food Institute Europe is an international NGO helping to build a more sustainable, healthy and just food system by transforming meat production. As Corporate Engagement Manager, Carlotte works with stakeholders across the industry including food manufacturers, startups, investors, grocery stores, and foodservice establishments to increase the quality, quantity and availability of plant-based meats in the marketplace, and to prepare these companies for the arrival of cultivated meat. Before joining GFI Europe, Carlotte worked at Deloitte as a change management consultant, supporting companies through large-scale transformations with a focus on driving behavioural change and new ways of working. Her passion for creating positive, sustainable change in the world inspired her to leverage her consultancy background and to help build a better food system. Carlotte has degrees in business and international studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
